will the 1999 fog lights fit a 1996?
anyone know? they are much clearer since they look more "diamond cut"

I dont think they will, I believe the shape is different.

Yes they will. Other thing is they will only look pretty odd and you will need to modify bracket.

So for your purposes, no, they wont.
