repairing dash board & glove box

My glove box falls open and sags on one side, is there a quick fix or do I have to replace it?

Also my psycho (soon to be X) girlfriend kicked and cut my dash just above the glove box, the cheap DIY kit had glue & paint but couldn't get it to color match any suggestions???

My dash is scraped to the right of the stereo in 3 different places. To change the whole piece would cost too much since its basically the whole dash. Is it fixable somewhat?
