Advice Needed -- Help me cut my friend's Audi S4 down to size!! :)

This is kind of a long post, but I'd be really grateful for some help. If you want, just scroll to the lists at the bottom for my biggest questions.

I have a '95 SE that is undergoing a 5-speed conversion as we speak. My friend, meanwhile, is talkin' huge smack cuz he just picked up a 2002 Audi S4 wagon. Which is funny, cuz it's an auto. Poor bastard. Anyway, I figured out that his car is so much heavier than mine that all I have to do is make about 220hp at the crank and I'll have the same power-to-weight ratio. Toss in some springs, mad tires, and an LSD, and he'll have trouble losing me in the corners too. And all I have to do is keep up with him, and he'll wet himself enough to wish he hadn't done all that smack-talking he always does about how hot his car is.

Tantalizing, since I figure it's about time to start making my Max faster anyway.

I bought the car with an auto trans and some crappy-*** aftermarket 15" rims (don't even know who made them... Google-searching the markings came up with nothing). I have an Exedy OEM replacement clutch, Denso Iridium sparks (no wires), some cheap ceramic brake pads all around and Brembo vented OEM replacement rotors in the front, and KYB GR-2 shocks. Nothing serious. I plan on driving through the winter on this setup.

Once the summer comes, here's what I'm planning:

- CAI
- Y-pipe
- Springs
- LSD
- Polyurethane front suspension bushings
- Cattman FSTB and RSB
- ECU
- Lightened flywheel
- 5zigen FNC01R-C wheels, 18"
- 245/40/18 BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW or Michelin Pilot Sport SP2 tires

According to the little reasearch I've done, this should run me around $4k, plus labor.

What I'm trying to do is to add power and handling without making the car hugely more noisy, rough, or uncomfortable to drive.

So here are my questions:

- How does the list look? Am I missing anything huge?
- Should this setup give me the extra 30 bhp I need?
- What brand of each part should I get?
- Will those wheels/tires fit? How much offset will I need, or will I need spacers?

If you've read this far, THANK YOU!!! Let me know what's up!

if its an auto audi S4 STOCK you will own him in a drag race. my friend has an Auto 200 audi S4 and he raced me at the track and his best time was 14.8. i ran a 14.7. if your 5speed and you have intake, ypipe, exhaust you can take him. on the highway thought you will still be his BIT*H and if he has his ECU chipped you will ALWAYS BE HIS BIT*H.

Hahaha... he wants to "carry stuff."

See why I want to show him up?

The biggest thing will be the wheels, I think. Those should shave off about 60lbs, all of it unsprung rolling mass. They'll also make my car lighter than his by a total of about 670 lbs.

The S4 is pretty quick. IF he is bone stock that is the only chance you'll have. With the ECU you should either get some sort of variable intake with an extended rev limit on the ECU, or you should extrude hone your USIM. However if you want to keep up on the top end you'll need in a variable intake system. And you might not like having the lightened flywheel for driveability issues. Just go with a lightned UDP. And if you're going to get an LSD you might as well get Cattman Headers instead of the y-pipe seeing as it would be an excellent time to install the headers at that time.
