Yup jus like it says my baby is gone...i was involved in a four car accident today on Lefferts Blvd n rockaway in queens....this one a**hole in a suv was comin out of a shoppin area and he didnt even look to see if it was clear he jus kept goin and another jeep ran into him and then there was a minivan behind the 2nd jeep that noticed the accident and he quickly tried to swerve out of the way and his car started to skid caz of da rain and i was right behind him so i tried to swerve and me and da minivan bumped heads so my baby is gone!! im out of it rite now but at least im walkin away alive....i got full insurance n a body shop told me da damages are more then the value of the car so he says he's gonna help me to get the insurance company to write it off and i get a check n get my self in a new max...let me kno wut yall think

sorry about the accident, my car was also totalled by my bro, but he fixed it for 3k ... how much are u gonna get for ur car , do u know?

 

well i got a quote n its gonna be at least 7-8g's to fix it
the front frame is bent so far back dat its touching the sparkplug area so its really bad and not to mentionthe cosmetics on it...the bumber is done...light all broken....hood is bent outta shape....need a new radiator...leakin tranny fluid...so maybe dis is a good thing caz den i could upgrade...

 

As long as you dont have to pay for it and you can get your car back to what it was like, its all good right? Just that selling the car might be a different story in the future if you tell someone its a slavage.

 

You will be okay if you get all your $$ for the car.. Atleast now you can upgrade to something higher than a GXE and yoru safe.. Two good things.;

thats uskcs man. any parts you can remove from it cause i need some parts. any pics? always suck but at least you an upgrade. you are going to stick with the maxima right? maybe a 5.5 gen 6 speed? or a 4.5 gen sel 5 speed?

 

yea im definetly goin to stick with maxima's ....i dont want anything else n hopefully ill be able to upgrade and get a a 5 gen.. ...but we will see...i wish i could part da car out but da insurance company is gonna write it off so i wont be able to but if anythin changes u kno ill be up here posting

 

**** man, sorry for your loss. I had a similar situation. I was approaching an intersection, and an suv turns in front of the suv in front of me. Then a third suv in front of these two slams on his brakes just after the guy turns in, all three colide and then I hit the rear SUV. I had the car for three days, paid 7500 for it... insurance paid me 9850. Heh, so it was ok.

 

man every post i read about accidents always involves 1 or more suvs. and more poeple are buying them these days. so soon or maxima community will go down because of all the accidents due to suvs. lol
