need help(timing)

hey guys, it's me again and this time i need help with my ignition timing. I don't really know much about distributorless ignition, is there a way to check and adjust timing with this type of ignition because i think my timing could be off. I had a knock sensor code, replaced it and the code never returned but i still have no power differences and my car still has no power...please help!

There is no ignition timing adjustment on our cars. It's controlled by the Cam and Crank shaft angle sensor signals which feed information to the ECU which in turn controls ignition timing.
