Really confused
My car has been running like crap for the last two weeks, Just this last weekend my cel came on, i got cylinder 1 misfire, o2 sensor, and air intake temp sensor. So i reset and it just came on again today almost a week later, but it just had the cylinder 1 misfire this time, but last time i got the code i switched coils 1 and 3 to see if the misfire moves. Well its still in the same cylinder even though i switched coils. Keep in mind i only drive my to work and my girlfriends house which are 5 minutes from my house.
any ideas???

From the symtoms, still sounds like a bad coil, that's what mine did. If it's a bad coil when you switch them it will take time for the ECU to detect it in another cyl.
Switch the coils and then, while engine is running, d/c the "good coil" when it is in the cyl where the "bad coil" came from, and if it almost turns off and runs even more rough, then it's the coil that you need.
This would point to the other coil that you moved that tripped the code in teh first place is bad, and not sparking, even when moved to another cylinder.

ehh I'm still thinking it's the coil.
The test is basically moving the coil in question to a good cylinder and then disconnecting, not it, but the other coil that is in the cylinder where the bad coil came from to rule out fuel injector/spark plug, basically process of elimination.
That code is telling you there's no spark, so that is either coil, or spark plug, most likely coil.

Definitely could be an injector problem. Double check to make sure that your injector is securely clicked into place. Could be something that simple. Do you hear "put put put..." from the exhaust?

I had the exact same thing goin on with mine really rough idle and choppy acclerating. I even had the same codes going off so I checked the coils and plugs they were all fine. It was the injector. Just take a long screwdriver and hold it to each injector you will hear clicking. If you don't hear anything then its no good. Injector number one is right under the intake manifold. If you are looking at the car its on the left right underneath so if it is bad then you gotta take it off.
