K&N Filter
I got my K&N drop in filter from www.courtesyparts.com about a month ago. I haven't noticed any difference but then againn it's not a real hp booster. But it is nice to know I have it.
If you are talking about the cone filter like the Stillen unit, try www.eatricezone.com .
Or, Courtesy has the JWT pop charger on sale right now.

yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I put in a drop in panel K&N in my 97 GLE but how much difference is there between the panel filter in the stock air box and the cone filters, maybe not necessarily a K&N cone filter??

Neither one will do much good. If you want to know why, look here: http://216.122.219.59/forums/showthr...threadid=35172
The K&N panel filter is a definite improvement over the stock filter. First, it will last forever, so you don't have to keep buying new stock ones. Also, Turbo Magazine dynoed a 5th-gen with a K&N panel filter and it got a 4hp increase. When I had my K&N panel filter in, I noticed much better throttle response, so I know that it was helping the breathing a little. Plus, many other magazines have dynoed intakes and shown gains, so we know that they work.
