Dimming headlights

When driving my headlights dim a lot. It happens when:
-Heater kicks on or off
-Turn wheels (power steering)
-Use both window up buttons at the same time
-Press in the clutch

I would expect it some, but they dim pretty low... I have ran alternator checks, and everything with that seems to be in specs? My belt seems okay from what I can tell.... but im kinda thinking that its the belt. Cause the car has also seemed kinda slugish.

Any thoughts? Am I on the right track?

check your grounds, if you dont want to upgrade to that expensive grounding kit...just take sandpaper and sand down major grounding points
