Rim issue

Any of you guys know a real good way to clean the stock rims without stripping them and repainting them...for some reason there is all this black ****, im guessing brake dust, that has just caked on over the years before I got the car and its really pissing me off

Wheel/rim cleaner and an old toothbrush.

Spray some on...let it soak...then spray some more and start brushing.

Well...toothbrush for the really small openings. There are normal wheel brushes that are larger and wouldn't make you feel like a Speed freak.
