I hope you get your money back, its because those are cheap replacement lights and they dont know how to package them. I bought OEM lights and had them clearned out.

Hmm, very interesting. I have not had this happen to me. I also ordered my clear tails from e-bay, but the box they came in was filled with a **** load of protective materials such as styrofoam, air bubble wrap, newspaper scraps, these wooden cartons and others.

I really think you are ordering from someone or somewhere where this may be a regular occurence among customers who order where you did. My box was so well packaged, that I honestly believe I could jump on it, kick it, throw it around with not even the smallest piece of the taillight coming off or being destroyed.

In addition, I always buy insurance when ordering from e-bay. That way, if anything goes wrong, your new tailights are on their way again, except this time UPS or whatever other carrier paying for everything.

People don't double box. The corners of the tails are the most delicate part. You can't expect thin plastic not to break if it's not double boxed.

My left rear tail light is slightly cracked.. I always thought I did it during installation, but now I don't think I did.

Same exact thing happened to me from swa. Except the second wasn't any better, they just double boxed it, didn't do any good though obviously. But I'm not waiting for a third set, I just asked for my money back. It's too much of a hassle.

Sounds like our tail lights are made of Saltine crackers...

that or the UPS guy loves to use boxes as stools to sit on and each lunch.

My set came perfectly. Absolutely no cracks however the tails themselves are of mediocre quality.
