Hella Horn placement

I decided I didn't like the replacement horn I got from the local auto store, so I bought some Hella's. One is a 300Hz and the other is a 500Hz tone.

Any suggestions as to which one I should put behind the grill, and which one goes under the hood?

Oh yeah... Do you think I need to install the relay that comes with the kit, or just use the orginal wires.

Put them both behind the grill.

And definitely use the relay. The louder horns pull more amps than OEM.

use the relay. Mount them behind the grill. There are extra holes you can use on that center beam.

The easiest mounting spot for both horns is behind the grill like previously suggested. There will actually be an extra power cable for another horn hidded behind the bracket that currently holds the front OEM horn. This is a very easy MOD that I think you will enjoy. The last time I used mine, I ended up scaring the driver that cut me off as well as the car next to me since I saw both cars give a quick jolt to their cars left to right. Here are some pics to help you with the install. Happy MODing to you.
