help! audio stops working (all fuses are good)

the audio and remote control stopped working on the same day. after reprogramming the remote control, it works now. but the whole audio (bose) is dead, radio and cd player totoally inoperative, not a single light is on. checked all the fuses in interior fuse box and engine compartment fuse box. all are good. any idea what i should do? thanks a lot!

Check the ELEC fuse that is in the cabin fuse box. It is in the top right corner. I believe on the diagram where it shows where all the fuses correspond to, it says ELEC on a white /black background.

the fuses are good. I checked every fuse and fusible link just now, both the interior fuse box, and the fuse box in the engine compartment. nothing wrong. however, the cd trapped inside ejected when i was checking that fuse you mentioned.

correct me if im wrong, but the remote gets its signla through the radio's antenna, right? so clearly theres a problem wit the entire radio system. and the HU wont even power up, just nothing happens? odd... all i can say is try to check as much of the wiring as you can.

now the remote control works again after reprogramming. (i think the remote control receiver should be something separate from radio.) yes, the whole headunit is dead.
