Electrical Gremlin (clock + beeping remind out)

Ok so the other day i put in my radio, on the max i had just bought, and i notice that the previous ownerd did a total hack job to the radio harness (your supposed to put a connector harness onto the factory one and connect your radio from there he just hacked the factory one) He did a hack job to a bunch of things on the car and i've been chasing them down one by one.... He also wired some of the radio wires straight into 2 of the fuses in the fuse box. I couldn't figure out what he did so i just went off his setup.

Soon as i was done My clock no longer worked, the lights behind the hazard button, and the lights behind the climate control buttons were out and that sound that beeps at you when you leave the keys in the ignition or the lights on, well it doesn't beep anymore at all. This all happened at the same time, so i automatically checked the fuses ALL OF THEM and there fine??? So whats my problem here any ideas?

Also My odometer doesn't register mileage on either the main one or the trip one (95 gxe btw). Weird thing is it does sometimes for like .4 miles here .2 miles here every once in awhile but for the most part it doesn't spin. I'm planning on replacing it with an SE gauge cluster but i wanted to make sure it was the gauges and not a sensor somewhere else? This was broken when i got the car btw although previous owner never mentioned it ....
