Has anyone here ever repaired a stillen front lip, specifically the 97-99 one? I have one which has been split in half and has a few cracks running along it as well. I am debating whether or not to repair it and save a few bucks or to go and buy another one.

 

It's too hard to repair compare to fiberglass. I would just buy a new one.

 

umm maybe doable try kitty hair fiberglass it is used as a reinforcer it is very dtrong once dried

 

don't these things have a free lifetime replacement? I would do that...

 

I bought the kit used so I cannot use Stillen's warrenty. I was thinking of using the urathane bumper repair kit sold at most Auto stores to repair it.

 

go to a paint store and ask them for the urethane repair stuff. they make a mixture kind of like fiberglass but for urethane. its some good stuff. when I had my stillen front lip it got cracked installing it at the body shop and they used that stuff to fix it.
