i went with an aftermarket exhasut ans was contemplating over maganflow muffler. the maechanic said it wont sound to great primarily because they are made for bigger V8's. my neighbor also got magnaflows for his eclipse and sounded like ****. it was like a compbination ofrice shaking in a coffee can, he drilled a hole in the piping, and his car was dragging on the floor. total turnoff, i just went with the Dynomax muffler and sounded exactly how i was expecting, not to loud (yet), deeper, mellow sound, and not too flashy but still very noticeable.

All mufflers sound different on every car. I have the Magnaflow on my car, and it sounds superb. Really deep and throaty, i love it. It has also been rumored that Stillen uses the Magnaflow muffler but puts their name on it.

There is a sound when cruising at highway speeds, but it is a low deep rumble. Not too overpowering at all, wind noise usually buffers it all out, but with a baby, it might be a different story.
