Anyone else have a Summit RPM Switch going nuts?

I hop in the car to head home from work and start the car and the switch is going nuts. It's opening and closing the VI constantly. I tried turning off the car and resarting it but it didn't work. I'm thinking it's toasted.

Wow, hasn't happened to me ... yet, it's been on for a year, no probs.

Had the Harlan on the year before and it would hardly ever work.

Intersting. Keep me posted.

Well, I just talked to Summit and they said it's done. It's not under warranty but they're going to sell me one at there cost ($30). I'm not going to hook anymore LED's to the new one either. I think that's causing it to act this way.

That could be it. I just used the swithc as is, no LED's except for the ones on there.

BTW, how has yours worked for you?

No relay, I just added the LED in parallel but I really don't need it. I was just being sure my switch was working.
