has anyone put on a new front bumper cover by themself? is it hard, and what do i need to look out for. This is my first time doing something lke this.
i know it is probely not to hard and the directions are in the stickes, but i was just wondering if it is easy to do it yourself.

awsome......i was just woindering if i should do it or let a body shop do it if it is difficult.
1. i want to learn
2. i do not want spend more money on them putting it on.
so i will def do it.

getting painted before you install it.... at least that's what the body shop told me so i had to take the bumper cover out, painted, and back on.... is not that hard, but it sucks..... nothin really special...there's a rubber that goes under the headlights be sure to put it back on or it will look weird..that's all i can say...i did a front conversion....95-97 it looks pretty good with the OEM foglight
I'm getting ready to replace my bumper cover as well along with both front fenders. Where did you get your parts from? Junkyard? Ebay?
I wonder if it would it be cheaper overall to get the wrong color junkyard parts painted the right color, or to have primed ebay parts painted the right color?
ebay = cheap price + shipping + painting
junkyard = higher price + strip paint + painting
hmm....
