How can i do an ECU upgrade? What do i need??

 

Send your ECU to JWT or technosquare for reflashing. If you plan to stay NA stick with TS. They both have raised rev limiter's (useful with a mevi) and are very close in power gains. JWT often doesn't return your ECU for a couple of months so get a spare. TS will have it back in less than a week. If you plan on boosting JWT has some useful programs that TS does not so this is really the only reason to go with them.
