my car is whaisting too much gas i donno whats the problem can any body help me with that sogest something I have 1997 maxima GLE

1. Check air filter!
2. Check Plugs!
3. Check PCV Valve!
4. Check gas filter!
5. Clean Throttle Body!
6. Try a bottle of Chevron Techron Fuel Injector Cleaner!
7. If automatic check ATF level!
8. Check tire pressure!
