working on a project with my 3rd gen but i need to know how wide the rear wheel stance is on the 4th gen, i looked through the stickies, but didnt find anything besides alignment specs . it usually would be in a dealer brochure if anyone has one handy. thanks in advance!

Wheelbase / Length 106.3 in. / 189.4 in.

Looks like I looked up the wrong thing though. You didn't actually want wheelbase.

I can't find an exact number for the 4th Gen, but the 5th Gen Mxaima's rear track is 1510mm, 59.44 inches. 4th gen should be close to that.

i actually picked up a parts car so i could use the rear out of it so i can measure it myself now. i'm planning on using a solid rear instead of IRS. the problem with the independant rear is that the toe/camber would change too drastially from lifted to dropped(like 2 INCHES of toe movement from lifted to dropped) if i use a solid rear the toe and camber will change minimally( stock has slight tow and negative camber)and tghe only thing i have to worry about is the wheel moving towards the center of the car(which is only 1/4 inch) thats the short of it, the entire discussion is here : http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=361692

btw, thanks for the possitive comments
