From the underside of the hood, disconnect the hose, then squeeze the plastic keepers (one front, one rear) with a pair of needlenose and push up.
Comes right out.

Is there a way to make the hose come out easier? It's kinda attach in there really tight, and when i pull on it it gives me a feeling like im gonna rip the hose out when i try to pull it.

Be gentle

Use a small flat head screwdriver and pry apart gently, then pull.
