Everytime i turn the wheel (on a very cold start), I get alot of squeaking and my wheel fights the turn. I think my power steering belt needs to be tightened, but I have no idea how much this would cost. I'm sure it wouldnt be remarkably expensive, but should I just wait it out? (after the car warms up, the power steering is fine, it's only those initial cold 5-7 mins)

Check the power steering fluid level as it will make that noise when its low on fluid.
