LED Window switches

anyone have the link to the how-to's for window switches?
What size LED's are needed?

Here's the write up or at least the best one I found there are others, I used 5000mcd a little large, so you have to drill out some bigger openings with the drivers side but the illumination is awesome. If you've got a good soldering iron etc and know what your'e doing it shouldn't be a problem. I chose blue sorry I don't have any pics yet. There was (not sure if he still is) also a guy on here doing it for $50 exchanging switch pods. good luck.

what is a suggested mcd for the led's? Is 7000mcd to bright?

I know what you mean, I got a spare set of window switches..... just incase and sure enough first one I do I screwed it up, so I took it to my pal's car audio shop and he did them for me, $ well spent and he fixed my screw up too, but the rears in the spare set that he changed for me were different than on my 95 so they must come from a 97> so he did the rears that were in my car, I guess I should get him to do the other front set then I could sell a complete set already converted to Ocean Blue, just plug em in 97> ???

that write up says you have to dremel out the holes for the leds i just used 3mm leds and they fit fine
