Intermitting High Idle

Ok.. I have an intermitting High Idle problem.. When starting the car for the first time. The idle will sit at about 750 rmps... However, while driving for about 30 min's and when coming to a complete stop, the idle hovers near 1800-2000 rpms... This High Idling will last for about 15-20 minutes, then it will drop back down to normal to about 750 rmps.

I repeated this process again, but this time I observed the idling problem.. I've noticed under the throttle-plates, there is an adjustment stoper screw with a nut behind it.. And behind that screw, theirs a small piston like rod that moves the adjustment screw, which then connects to the thottle-plates.

When the idling was high, this piston was extended out... And the effect is a high idle. When the piston contracts back into the throotle-body, the idle returns to normal. This proccess is automated.

Not sure on how to troubleshoot this one... Could this be my IACV valve?? I check my thottle-body and its clean... Mybe I could get some feedback on this one...

Thanks.
