airbag question (the kind that deploy

when a dealer is selling a car, are they required to notifiy you if the airbag doesnt work, or wasn't installed after repair?

they are, but watch out because many are shady and we know.

I saw on the news some places sold cars with faulty air bags, one car had a 2x4 in place of the air bag.
