If it is small enough and you can get at it you might be able to solder it.

the crack is right on the top on the plastic part. your saying just take a soldering iron and melt it shut?

No I don't think that will work on plastic I thought it was in the metal part. I guess you could try some plastic epoxy then.

replace the little bastard. Once the radiator starts leaking, well, watch for more leaks once u patch it.

I've tried before, using something with steel in the name of it, and I patched one hole, and a week later another hole developed. After patching the second hole, another hole developed.

Plastic gets weak and brittle over time and heat.

the old myth actually works, crack an egg in there and it should plug it up.

of course I dont rely on that as a permenant fix but it can stop the leak.

( I'm sure you guys wont like that idea)

Wow, I had the exact same problem. I tried some JBWeld, which didn't bond very well and after a week, the hole punctured through it. I just got a new one from Autozone for $170. If you plan on having the car for a but, I would suggest gettign a new one beofre antifreeze starts spraying all over your motor.

Get a new radiator, if you were here in NYC I'd literally give you one I have laying around for dirt...

Its very easy to replace and any type of JB Weld or epoxy is only temporary
