Stalling in Gear

I have this problem where in the mornings (cold start), my 97 Max AT Trans (130K) will start fine and I'll let it warm up for a minute but as soon as I put it in gear it stalls. I feel like it jumps more than normal as well. If I give it some gas it will get it going but the car will not have juice until it is warmed up. Once it is warmed up everything is fine.

The kicker for me is that I'll come out in the morning to start it and have the problem, then I'll drive it 30 minutes to work where it will sit for 8 hours and when I come out in the evening after work it will have no problems.

So, I'm thinking it is a sensor but I need some help.

FYI, I just cleaned the Throttle Body, added new Spark Plugs (NGK Coppers), new Air Filter, changed the Knock Sensor and flushed the Transmission. Also, no CEL has come up nor do I have a code scanner to check for errors.

In researching this forum, I come up with a list but I'd like some opinions to narrow it down and save some money.

Here is what I'm thinking is the problem:

- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
- Cold Start Valve
- Throttle Position Sensor
- Torque Converter
- TBS: http://www.jatan.net/tsbs/047481.pdf

Any help would be appreciated.

Kazao, have you tried to fix anything yet. Maybe together we can narrow this thing down.

FYI, I just purchased this car and I am going through it fixing a bunch of stuff. Today I change the Fuel Filter and PCV Valve.
