i'm thinking of changing my led's in my dash and window switches. and i have some questions

do i have to use resistors when hooking up the led's?

and i can pretty much just connect the led's to the same place the old led's were attached right?

does it look the same to just change the bulbs?

 

Dash uses bulbs, window switches use LED's

 

what about behind the climate control and all?
