aimming headlights?

aimming headlights?
How do you aim the headlights so I can point my hids to the ground? I read the car manual it didnt say how and read the "how to's". Can someone please tell me how? Thanks

Look behind the lights in the corner near the fenders. Little plastic **** sticks out. I think 7 or 8mm 1/4" drive gets on there nicely.

theres an 8 mm nut behind the headlight. i dont konw if its the one on the top or the bottom. but one of them will aim it up and down.
