how to take out factory head unit

Looking to install a new head unit into my 98 maxima...anyone know how to take it out?

Chris as a newbie myself, I learned early on that quite a few people on this site can be real a$$h*les if you dont read ALL of the fairly unorganized FAQs. But if you look carefully, there is a section that is basically a scan of the crutchfield directions that should help you out. Good luck.
