Hey guys little problem. I know my Knock Sensor has been bad for some time now and I have been putting off replacing it, but now that I have to also replace all of my coils I figured why not. I have a 99SE with sadly Calif. emissions. All the threads and post’s I find have pictures of changing one that looks noting like mine. Any chance any one have any pics of where they are located, also is it the same knock sensor as one with out CA emissions on it.
Thanks for the Help

99 Is very hard to replace, it sits under the manifold, leaves you with small room to work on. I had my mechanic replace it for me. I gave up on it.
Here in this picture you can see where it is located.
Look at number three that's the place it’s located.

Sadly i was also unable to do my own knock sensor replacement on my 1999 with cali emissions. I can't even see the thing. Mine never went bad. I replaced it at 100k when i did my tune up and my mechanic only charged $60 to do .
