stupid winters! rust! wat can i do to stop?

stupid winters! rust! wat can i do to stop?

i live in minnesota and today i decided to wash my car...after washing it i found out that i am starting to get little rust spots around wheel well and fender area.....what can i use or buy to remove the rust ofr stop the rust from getting worse?

lots of $ has been put in this baby so i want to make it stay as nice as i can

suggestions please

can of rust stopper or preventer would slow the process down till you get it fixed.

Stop driving it. Unless you wash it everyday in the winter there is no way that you will stop or prevent rust. You say you don't want all your money to go to waste? Get a winter beater and you'll save money on the washing.
