oil leak

oil leak
Hi All,
I have an oil leak on the passenger side of my 1996 I30 and it is even with the front tire(I hope that this makes sense). The Infiniti dealership has noticed the following leaks:
front engine cover
rear main seal
oil pan
Which of these is the worst offender? In other words, if I have to have them fixed one at a time(due to funds) which one would you fix first, second and third. Also, which of the above could cause the leak on the ground as described above.
