I received my Budget SS y-pipe today and I noticed something about the flanges, they are not stainless steel. Are anyone elses like this or am I the only one? I thought stainless steel ment the whole y-pipe was stainless steel.

Sorry about starting a new thread as there are plenty of y-pipe threads out there already, but I have a very specific question that I don't see being covered anywhere else.

I've never paid any attention to the flanges when I got my Budget B and Y pipes.
