lol, for a 99 i know you go to the ecu turn it clockwise hold in for 2 seconds then counter then back to clockwise hold it for 2 then counter. then when you turn your car on it should be resetted.

by the gas pedal just remove the cap (theres only one) get a flat head turn clockwise until stop then turn back ...the sign should blink giving u the codes just repeat process and u should be good
