Buying new lights on ebay... risky?

Finally after getting my car repaired from an accident that occured a month or so ago, I finally got my car back. Tonight however, as I was backing out of a parking spot, the truck that was behind my car started to roll out of his space(OH GOD WHY?!), and his metal bumper tapped my rear corner light and cracked it. I have been wanting to replace these corner lights with the red/clears for a long time, and I figured now would be the time to do it... However, their still like $170 bucks from custommaxima.com; so I went to ebay. I found the same guy with a few auctions for red/clears for the maxima....

So what I wanted to ask you guys is:
a)Has anyone ever bought red/clears that were manufactured by a different company than the ones sold on custommaxima.com, or is there only one manufacturer of these lights? Where they of quality?

b)Here is a link to the ebay auction, and a link to custommaxima.org. Do you think these are the same lights? In the second picture that the guy lists, it seems like the white part on the tail light has a different texture behind the plastic.... i dunno, tell me what you think.

I dont know about those, but I'm an eBayer... and I wonder about alot of the stuff on eBay I dont know whats safe to buy. The only thing I got was the dimond clears, those were fine. But I am looking into buying the y-pipe and headers:

Group deals really worth it? Havn't even looked into any.

But thanks for the feedback guys, when I find the extra cash I'll be buying these, along with the clear corners and clear bumper lights.
