Well, after removing the burger, theres a haze in the paint that cant be removed . So after stressing, I decided to hit the emblem with 3 coats of black, and 3 coats of clear. Now im putting the emblem back on, and wondering what adhesive to use, I want something semi-permanent in case the paints chips, or I decide on removing it in the future. Any ideas?

use 3M EMBLEM tape--WALMART , home depot, or autozone. it has the red pull off backing.

 

Just to clarify...its a foam padded double sided tape. I used it to stick a silver one on the front after I took off the gold one I had before. seems to be working fine...it's what was on there originally.
