How can I get the Indicator and sider marker to flash?

Any help would be nice.
I would like to know how to get them to flash as one piece.

or alternate.

If you want to make it where there is no light on with your headlights and they both flash at the same time when you turn your blinker on then cut the red wire and tap the green wire to where the red goes to the side light.
