Sometimes when I start moving I hear a poping noise mostly when I turn right but sometimes when going left and straight. I know I need a right axel soon because the boot is leaking but I am not sure what the poping is. It did it a while ago every once in a while but not it does it a lot. What do you think it could be. It sounds like it is on the driver's side but I have no idea. It only happens when I start from a stop.

 

axle is busted. when the boot cracks all the axle grese leaks out and eventually the axle will wear out and you will get that popping sound when you turn.
