Is THIS a GLE

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MakeTrack=true

I don't believe that this is the GLE. It lacks the alloy wheels, automatic climate control, and the interior doesn't match...anyone care to comment?

no, its a GXE. '95-'96 GLE's at least have the honeycomb rims. That GXE has hubcaps and a spoiler added to it.

I dunno, did GXE's have the wood trim available?

Then again, $6500 is pretty low for a GLE...I would think that even a GXE with so few miles on it would go for more than that.

I don't believe that this is the GLE. It lacks ...dual exhaust pipes...

dual exhaust pipes?!?

it looks like someone played around with that. note the spoiler clear led light. also, just looks like they added tan leather to the black interior that probably was black cloth before hand. the wood was probably also added. check in the faq's how to decode the vin number and i think it says what the trim level is in that.

oops, forgot to mention the tan/balck interior too.

what i meant by the exhaust pipes is, doesn't the GXE have a single tailpipe, and the SE and GLE have 2 tailpipes coming out of one muffler?

Also, you may notice it has power seats. I don't think the GXE had this until 1997, or was it an option?

thanks for the correction; I changed it.

I think I might report this person to ebay. People who make false cliams like that should get negative feedback

How is $6500 cheap for a 96 maxima? I wouldn't pay that much for it if it had every single option. A GLE isn't worth much more than a SE.
It's a FED spec gxe manufactured 7/95, first month for 96 model year. Exterior code is KH3 interior is G, gray I guess

its a GXE with a C&C package, and it has had aftermarket leather added, wood trim, and a spoiler.

Its not a GLE cause it has no ACC and no power pass seat.
