9004 bulb issues

I have 9004 replacement blubs from www.eurodezigns.com and only one worked. Since these bulbs are covered under a lifetime warranty, I sent in the defective unit for a new pair. I plugged both new bulbs in the socket... and still no light from either. When I plugged my OEM bulb back in, it works fine. I suppose I should say I have an upgraded harness installed as well.

What's making the OEM bulb work, but not my aftermarket bulb? Did they send me another bunk pair, or is there some other problem....

did you install the upgrade harness yourself? If you did, can you tell me how you went about installing it?
oh and did you touch the bulb with your finger by accident? they tend to not work when you leave fingerprints. Otherwise I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I would also like to know what's wrong since im trying to upgrade my harness and get an aftermarket headlights.

Bulbs aren't the studiest items, and the shipping industry isn't known for handling packages with tender loving care. Unless the bulbs are junk in general, they're probably getting damaged in-transit. I guess it could be electrical, but I doubt it.
