Guys,

It's a time to change drive belts on my 97 I30 Auto. with over 180K and when I changed oil yesterday I saw lot of cracks on the belt expanding over half the thickness of the belt so I have decided to replace it.

When I got the car as used from other guys he told me that he got belts repalced at 100K. Now it has 80k+ on the replaced belt. How long it lasts typically? Is it good to get it from Nissan or are athere any good aftermarket brands that someone had experience with?

I couldn't find any howto's for the drive belt replacement. I tried search also with no success.

Can someone point me to correct thread or show me where belt tensioner is located and the location of idler pulley? Or step by step directions will be a big help.
