brake noise

brake noise

i had my brakes done not to long ago and they make this creeking noise and it sounds really bad does anyone know whats causing this god awful noise

does it only do it when you are going slow down hill a bit? like getting out of a parking lot or drive way? if so every car i have owned has done that...including my maxima which has a brand new wilwood big brake kit.

no just when i slow down , i usally dont hear it untill im almost stoped and its really loud and sounds like ****. it sounds like the caliper is going to fall apart or somthing lol.

has anyone tried using that stuff thats supost to make the squeek go away or w/e. i think its in a little tube thats orange at kragen

my pass. side front caliper makes the same noise. i think it is sticking but i havent had time to check it out.

Looks like an international problem. Have this same problem for a while and think my front brake is sticking. Haven't had time to look in to it due to some other problems working on. Got my brakes serviced last year at the dealer. They found worn rubber dust seals on the pistons at the back brakes. Had them replaced.Thinking front has the same problem.

I think you described it perfectly maximaintheface. i definatly know that creeking sound, i think i only hear it on my front left wheel. (ITS NOT A SQUEAKING SOUND) it literaly creeks right guys? it never did it before, but i just figured it would get fixed once i change my front brakes which need to be done within the year. also to me it doesnt sound like my caliper, it sounds more like my suspension creeking due to the braking. i dunno.
