Replaced Armrest Cover

Just put leather over the old one. Unscrewed all the screws stretched leather material over the armrest and put it all back. Didn't use glue or staples. Total cost about 50 cents.

You can go to some fabric place they have rolls of vinyl, leather or whatever. I went to a Goodwill where they sell clothes by the pound. 50 cents.

I did the same thing as you, but I put it on top of the old one and some other layers to make it soft.
Now its like a pillow.

Yeah, you can even use neoprene or anything. There is a lot of room to place new material over the old one, the cut doesn't have to be exact just maybe trim the edges. I don't have pictures, it looks similar to the old one but it's genuine leather and feels so much better. You don't have to worry about the seams.

Good deal, I thought about getting a sheet of leather and giving my mom the old boots as a template and having her make me some new ones but I didnt think about doing that for the armrest. Damn and I just bought a used one from a friend on here. Oh well.
