Check the timing chain. If its the chain its kinda pricy and a pain in the a$$. And someone else may know better here but I dont think theres a difference in stok IM's.

Probably just a worn or stuck timing chain tensioner.

The tensioner will clank like that until it gets oil pressure.

The clanking noise you hear isn't related to it not starting. If the motor only has 6K on the odo, and the case has never been opened it's probably a safe bet that the chain is fine.
Once you get the car started, you will get oil pressure. I couldn't get any oil pressure out of mine just by cranking it with the starter.
You have the the whole intake installed right? The connector is in the MAF and all the others are connected? If it isn't starting it could be any number of things. You have to start ruling things out.

Are all electrical connections made?
Is the motor grounded?
Does it have spark?
Does it have fuel?

If the chain is so loose that it jumps a tooth, that may make it hard to start, but I doubt it would make it not start at all. Maybe, though.

First things to check, though, are

1) is fuel getting to the cylinders?
2) is the right amount of fuel getting to the cylinders (i.e. not flooding)?
3) are the spark plugs firing at all?
4) are the spark plugs firing at the right time?

Now When I Bought It The Guy Said I Have To Change The Intake Manifold . Put The Old One Onto The New One. He Said So The Sensors Can Match The Computer. But We Didnt Do That., U Think That That Might Be Why It Doesnt Wanna Start?

they should have the same sensors, dont think they added sensors in the 96 over the 95 and if that the case you could just swap sensors instead of taking the whole manifold off.

if you can pull the block back out again, then check the timing chain, (assuming it is) it will be much easier to fix and work on with it out of the car. Maybe I just like seeing engnies pulled. . . thats probably too much work for a timing chain

Take one plug out at a time. Connect the coil to it, and a jumper wire from the plug threads to engine ground. Use an alligator clip to connect the jumper to the plug. The coil needs to be connected to its harness. Have someone crank the engine and look for a healthy blue spark as he cranks. You can check just one plug to see if it makes spark, or do all 6 if you want.
