Here is a few pics of my upgraded Stilled Type 2 wing. Special thanks to my friends..Rodell for laying the C/f cloth, Randy for repainting the wing and Palani for letting us use his garage to paint the wing. I haven't installed it yet since it's raining today.

 

Gotta get the CF Gen 2 Altezza's. The chrome ones are particularly loud on your beautiul car. Nice job with the spoiler.

 

get yourself some red/clears or even throw in the OEM setup... Altezzas DO NOT fit your car at all!!

I still can't decide what to do. Either buy a new set of C/F Gen 2 or open up these and paint the inside or possibly use spray tint on the lens from the inside.

 

Maybe the CF GenIIs would look better, maybe a quick photoshoping could give you a quick idea of how they will look if you actually painted them.

 

Spray tint isn't necessary. Call around to your local Sign Store and ask for translucent black vinyl. It applies just like window tint, but is more resiliant to the elements. Worst case, you can buy a whole roll on the net for like $30.

Anyway ... if you won't break them, I would open them up and paint the chrome body color for sure. Maybe tint them after that ...

eh....wing is ok, blue is a lil whack, cf trunk and altezzas look ridiculously out of place on the maxima. I personally wouldn't drive it, but to each his own. just my .02....

What fake C/F are you talking about. That's real C/F material that what laid on top of the wing and then my friend repainted the wing and cleared the whole thing.

Good Work on the paint job; it looks sick. Like everyone else said: some cf altezzas would look much better, maybe you can incorporate some blue into the taillights too.

 

I think it looks really nice. Real original. A very nice way to bring the spoiler and CF trunk together.
But as everyone else has remarked, the altezzas just stand out too much on that trunk.

Those are the only type of altezzas I like. If I ever get a 97 trunk on my Maxima, I might slap some of those on there.

 

The CF spoiler looks HOT man, but agrred on the Altezzas. Go with Red/Clears- my personal fav.- or the CF Gen 2's would pull the whole car togehter instead of drawing attention to your taillights.

I like the CF look. I would almost say leave the thing totally CF and dont paint it at all. Hard to say without a look in person. Nice either wya.

 

Simreal....We only laid the C/F material on the top portion of the wing due to the intense curves on the bottom half especially around the pedestals....

That is really hot. Beautiful, but I agree with everyone about the tails. CF would flow great with your car.
