I got a 97 5 speed, its has 123000 miles on it, and in the cold i have alot of problems with the e-brake. Most of the time, it freezes so i dont use and i try to park on level ground the most possible. But, the other night, i went to pull it up after it was sitting for a while (the engine was running) it was pretty cold out prob 20 or so. And it wouldnt let me pull it up, it was like it was frozen in the down position, is this possible? Wat could this be? Thanks for any input

 

you probly pulled it super hard and from the cold is kinda frozen into that situation let it sit in your garage over night or something...just a guess
