take the gtr emblem off, and ditch the APC radioactive grill, it owuld not hurt get ditch the fog lights either. The car looks good, but you need to drop it and get rid of the honeycombs

if i were you i would put the stock setup back on and put a mesh insert ovver that. That looks real good with just the gesh insert. Yous till get the silver color, but it is not a flashy which is what i personally like. Also put the stock Bissan embelm or get the paradox systems "maxima" emblem. It is your do what you want, but i am just stating my own opinion.

I can't believe people keep saying the lights look good. Yeah, they are red/clears on a 96 but they don't match and don't even look good. Also like everyone said, de-riceyfy your car asap. The front end is one of the worst I've seen yet.

As pointed out, the tails don't match, but it does look pretty good. I actually really like the rear end, very clean. If you go ahead and match the inners, it would look very good. GT-R emblem has gotta go, and I agree with the mesh grill insert. I'm not a fan of the rear banner also, but it's not terrible. Overall, not too bad.

edit: after looking at the banner again, it's not so bad I guess.

Talent? Because we all know how much harder it is to make red clears than it is to install an exhaust or change out the suspension. I've taken apart 10+ pairs of headlights and taillights for people to mod them. If it takes talent why did he not go all the way and change both the lenses instead of just one?

I am not going to get in an argument.. but, congradulations... your cool. But if we are going for exhaust and suspension, then can i be cool as well? Cause I did both of those on my car. We are just talented people

Do you have red/clear tails Dave? if you do, did you make them or buy them? If you don't have them, why don't you use your talent since you've done it so much to make some? Do you have any pics of tailights you've done? I am really interested to see just how good you are.

Ask him why he didnt do both lenses, not me.

the only thing that i would do is remove the "Viper" stickers. You don't want the pros to know what they are getting into before entering your car.. although they'll break in either way but still, it's best to keep ot stealth.
I also have the 791 (had it for alittle more than a year) and i removed it after a week.

I have redded out/smoked tails. If I had altezza lenses I'd have the red/clears done in 2 hours. I've only worked on a couple of 95-96 tails and that;s just reding them out. I've worked on 97+ tails, dtm mod, 2k2 altima headlights, AE mod, many pairs of 4th gen maxima headlights, ae mod and beyond, 2k2+ maxima headlights blacking them out and making custom clear blinkers instead of orange and soon taking apart tail from a 5th gen and painting them. I've rewired pretty much anything there is to rewire on the interior of a 4th gen as well. It goes on. Unless I've had experience with something I wouldn't bash it. Me and a buddy have been doing this for a long time and we both strted way before we even met. I dodn't even know why this "fight" started since all I did was give him my opinion and you guys decided to defend him. He didn't have a problem, why do you?

why did you take it out? i know of three other people that have it and have never had problems with it for over a year now. I personally love it.

Yea, I'm going to be doing something with that GTR and the grill, I don't know what yet. Any input?

Anyway, for those not hating, thanks for the support and the comments!

The car is odd looking because it has ricey cosmetic "mods" mixed in with the stock parts that looks the worst...honey comb rims and stock suspension.

What is with the red and blue on the spark plug cover?

You do know your car is not a GTR correct?

crap, its not a gtr? damn dealer told me it was...

if you didnt notice, needed some accents with the cover from the intake.

also, no offense, but your rims arent too hot either, infact, they are rather lame, but the difference is, you PAID EXTRA FOR YOURS.

you're not too "much better" than all of us to be a mod...

Mods arent required to be BETTER than anyone. They're mods because they are very knowledgeable and/or have pushed the limits of modding to make things work.
