What sensors are these?

Can anyone tell me what sensors these are?

I am trying to get a starting problem figured out on the 97 Maxima. So far, it is not the battery, starter, crank position sensor on the side of the motor. I was told one of these is the other crankshaft position sensor, but I'm not too sure. The sensor behind the pulley is just bolted on the side, it doesn't go into the engine at all. I haven't taken the other sensor out because I'm not sure if oil will come out if I pull it out or not. The sensor in the top pic is facing toward the front of the engine. Thats the best pic I could get of it.

sensors

the crank sensor that will give you hard starting problems is on the transmission. if that sensor is not giving your computer the right info, you will get a check engine light and hard starting.

the crack sensor by the oil pan in the pic detects misfires

Could you post a picture of the one on the transmission? I don't know where that one is at.
