Headlight Fuse keeps blowing

im jus wondering, if the headlight fuse (RH) keeps blowing, what might be the cause of that? i have a 8k mcculloch HID kit wired as the plug-n-play setup with no wiring harness. Recently my right side HID went out, and i immediately assumed it was the ballast, but then when i replaced it with a stock 9004 bulb, that bulb didnt light up either, and instead it kept blowing the fuse. I have no idea why this is possibly happening, can anyone help me out. thanks.

Check to see if the system is grounded, also I noticed that a few hid kits are improperly wired they have a jumper wire conected between the hi/low terminals. So if you high beam some one you will blow your fuses. Unless you have a hi/low hid kit your losing you high beams. Hopefully this will solve your problem.

The HID setup on the right side might be faulty.
